The Board of Directors of the Bahrain Parking Company “Places” was elected yesterday, by unanimously, Khalifa Hassan Al-Jalahma, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Areej Abdul Ghaffar as Vice Chairman of the Board for the period 2025-2028.
Areej Abdel Ghaffar was also appointed Chairman of the Executive Committee, and the membership of: Salah Youssef Salah El -Din, Dr. Fahd Al Saad, a member of the committee, and Jassim Al -Yaqoub.
The Audit and Risk Committee included: Hassan Badr Kixo (president), Nasser Khaled Al -Ra’i (member), and a non -independent member, representing the Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Adamah), will be announced at the time of appointment.
As for the Committee for appointments, bonuses and governance, it included: Muhammad Rashid Al -Maraj (president), Sarah Abdul -Jabbar Al -Abbasi (member), and Dr. Fahd Abdul Rahman Al Saad (member).
The Consultative Technology Committee included: Muhammad Rashid Al -Maraj (president), and members: Frank Beckman, Tariq Ali Al -Jowder, and Ihsan Ali Al -Kohaji.
