A woman from Alexandria, a report against her ex -husband, at the Sidi Jaber Police Department in Alexandria, released No. 18226 of 2024, accusing him of violating the offer of her little girl and causing her to carry a thug, and the security services arrested him and the investigation was underway.

The mother added: I was surprised by a call from my wife’s mother, asking me to attend to take my daughter and examine her, and then I was surprised by a phone call from my son saying: Come, we cheek for a door, we expelled us in the street.
The mother continued, I went to them, and my daughter told me that she was sick and took her to the hospital, and the doctor told me to carry her in the fourth month, so I asked her about what she was subjected to and said that her uncle was the one who caused it, and then she went to the Sidi Jaber Police Department to edit a report of the incident.
For his part, Khaled Khamis said; The victim’s lawyer: The young in front of the investigation authorities accused her uncle of violating her offer more than once, and confirmed that he was threatening her with death if he disclosed his crime, and that the incident was taking place during the presence of the grandmother of the father at home and sometimes with the presence of the father while they were in other rooms in the same house.
The lawyer explained that, according to the statements of the little one, the accused threatened her with killing if her voice is high, and that she did not know her pregnancy except when inquiring from her grandmother about the reason for the delay in the menstrual cycle for months, which made the grandmother decided to inform the mother and then the father expelled the son and the daughter from his home.
The lawyer added that the father of the father accused the brother of the little one in front of the investigations that he was the one who assaulted her, stressing that the investigation authorities demanded that the DNA analysis of the fetus to determine his proportions was presented, the small was presented to the forensic medicine that proved her pregnancy.
