The policemen moved immediately, and its two sides were found by the first party, Alaa N.M., 22, a worker, and a second party, Mustafa MA – 24 years old, a carpenter, and his brother Ahmed 27 years old, the two parties worker residing in the same aspect.
The two sides of the quarrel were seized in the possession of the first from the second party, the weapon used and exchanged accusations between them by attacking each other by insulting and beating, and the first of the second party was released from the caliber of the cartridge seized in his possession, which resulted in the injury of the brother of the first party, Abdullah, 4 years old, and residing in the same area with sprayed cartridge in the body, coincided with his presence in the place, and was transferred to Sohag University Hospital The new, due to the occurrence of a verbal altercation between them due to financial differences between them.
The first party, the injured brother, reported that the first of the second party was accused of causing the injury of his aforementioned brother during the quarrel by mistake and denied the criminal suspicion.
The necessary report was released in preparation for the presentation to the competent investigation authorities.
