The people of the Qus Center, in Qena Governorate, were a small bodil, who were drowned during the shower in canal in the village of Al -Kilasa, affiliated to the center’s department.

The beginning was that the security services in the Qena Security Directorate received a notification from the Qena ambulance facility headed by Dr. Mohamed Fouad, the facility, the fact that a report was received by a small death that drowned in canals in the village of Al -Kalasa in the Qus Center, and immediately the ambulances were pushed to the site of the accident.
By moving and examining, Karim Najjar, 9 years old, and Abdel Rahman Mahmoud, 4 years, were killed, after they were drowned by canal during the shower in the village of Al -Kalasa in the Qus Center, and their body was transferred to the morgue of Qus Central Hospital at the disposal of the competent authorities.
A report of the incident was released and the investigation authorities were notified to complete the investigations, which mandated the Criminal Investigation Department to intensify efforts to uncover the circumstances of the accident
