An accident that shakes the town of Sheikh
The Russian Investigation Committee announced, on Friday, the killing of a Russian general in a car explosion in the town of Balikha, a kilometer from the capital, Moscow. The committee confirmed that it had opened an official investigation into a “murder” after the accident.

The explosion occurred near House No. 2 in Bolivar Nesterova. The committee stated that the accident was caused by the detonation of an improvised explosive device containing war components.
