Sources revealed to “Al -Watan” a trial responsible for an educational institution, against the background of accusing it of practicing an educational and commercial activity without obtaining legal licenses, and receiving 45 children in an unlicensed residential building as an educational facility, and that the first sessions will be held in the sixth minor court today, Sunday.
The details of the case are due to a report received from the Ministry of Education about an activity of an early education institution without a license in a house in the Barbar area, and by inspection, it was found that there are three rooms dedicated as classrooms for children, in addition to a designated bath that serves all children.
According to the communication, the ministry started its procedures, and referred the incident to the Public Prosecution, which took over, and in the face of the accused, it approved the reception of 45 children between the ages of two and five years, in the property located in the Barbar region.
The Public Prosecution ordered the defendant referring to the court, after she was charged with two charges of practicing a commercial activity without a license, in which the penalty reaches imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year and a fine of no less than one thousand dinars, and not more than 100 thousand dinars, or one of these two penalties. It also faces the charge of establishing a special educational institution without obtaining a license from the competent authority.
