Ahmed Ali, Director of the Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Suez Governorate, announced the seizure of 710 foodstuffs, gas, potatoes, and expired laundry powder before selling them in the markets.
Suez supplies control 710 packages of expired foodstuffs
The director of the Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in the Suez Governorate said in press statements that Dr. Sharif Farouk, the Minister of Supply, directed the implementation of daily and continuous campaigns on the markets to control violations and achieve food stability and safety for all citizens.
Monitoring bakeries and markets and tightening inspection procedures
He pointed out that the campaigns aim to ensure the discipline of markets, the importance of the effective field presence of all regulatory devices, and in conjunction with that traffic on municipal bakeries supported to ensure the weight of bread and specifications approved for the loaf of bread, tightening control over bakeries and ration activities, controlling markets and setting prices.
The Director of the Supply Directorate said that 710 foodstuffs, gas, potatoes, and expired laundry powder were seized.
He added that 5 lecturers were edited by expired foodstuffs, 1 minimum weight reduction in one of the municipal bakeries, 2 minutes of non -cleaning tools, 5 records of non -declaration of prices, 11 labor operating records without a health certificate, and 1 foreign banner minutes.
Samah Jad, the media official of the Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in the Suez Governorate, said that legal measures are taken towards violators to achieve discipline in all markets in the five Suez neighborhoods.
