The “Forbes” list of “Leaders of Real Estate Companies in the Middle East for the year 2025” included the 100 most prominent developers and decision maker, including 5 Bahrainis, working to make qualitative transformations in the real estate sector scene in the Middle East and North Africa, and they also play a pivotal role in consolidating the region’s position as one of the most prominent engines in the global real estate market, and the sector in the region registered strongly during 2024, It was reflected in noticeable growth, standard investment deals, and a rise in investor confidence levels. The UAE dominated the list of “the leaders of the most influential real estate companies in the Middle East for the year 2025”, including 42 company commanders, followed by Saudi Arabia with 21 leaders, and Egypt with 16 leaders.

The Forbes Research Team classified these leaders in the year list, according to a set of criteria, which included: years of experience, the value of completed and implemented projects, the company’s financial situation in terms of total assets and revenues, in addition to the value or area of ​​the land portfolio, and the number of real estate units owned.

The list included:

– Ahmed Youssef, CEO of “The Sword Real Estate”, ranked “82”, who took over his current position 2015, and in November 2024, the Al -Seef real estate signed the strategic alliance agreement with the Saudi “Majd Investment” for the development of multi -use in Dammam, at a value of $ 132 million. In 2014, the company recorded revenues of $ 42.9 million, and its total assets reached 469 million dollars. Youssef previously held the position of Senior Director in “Adamah.”

– Majed Al Khan, CEO of Infra Corp, ranked “83”, a financial engineer who led prominent projects covering an area of ​​one million square meters. In November 2024, Kano Real Estate signed a partnership agreement with the Muhaidib Group and the Rafale Real Estate Development Company to develop a multi -use project in Riyadh at a value of $ 133 million.
