The Cairo Labor Directorate announced the success of a friendly settlement process in the May 15 Office, Maadi and Al -Tabar, without resorting to the judiciary, after the worker Dina Abdel Badie submitted a complaint with the Office of Relations against the Mitex Clothes Company, where the office held a series of negotiations with the company’s officials, and the settlement took place friendly and under the supervision of the Central Administration for the care of the workforce in the ministry.

The Directorate also announced the success of a friendly settlement process in the Al -Matareya office and Ain Shams, where the worker Abdullah Tariq Awadallah submitted the 5% of the workers in a private school, with a complaint with the Labor Office to obtain his dues, and immediately negotiations took place without resorting to the judiciary, and resulted in the worker obtaining his financial dues and its amount of 15,000 pounds, and negotiations were held in the presence of Sobhi Al -Saeed, the director of the office and the representative of the school.
Mr. Al -Sharqawi, Director of the Directorate, explained that these efforts come within the framework of implementing the directives of the Minister of Labor, Mohamed Gibran, to enhance the work relations between the two parties to production and the application of the provisions of the law, stressing the importance of the role of labor relations offices in reaching peaceful solutions to the disputes through negotiations and friendly settlements and enhancing work relations between the two parties to the productive process, where negotiations were successfully held in the presence of Mai Ahmed, director of the office and Dr. Dina Mohamed, inspector of the office and responsible for the company.
Earlier, the Minister of Labor, Mohamed Gibran, accompanied his Turkish counterpart, Minister of Labor and Social Security, Dad Ashtq Han, and his accompanying delegation on a visit to a good Texile company in the tenth of Ramadan with Turkish investment, in the presence of Eng. Hazem Al -Ashmouni, Governor of Sharqia.
