But the biggest challenge today is the lack of dependence on what has been achieved, the world changes at an accelerated pace, and with it the nature of opportunities and challenges changes, the future is not in traditional functions, but in technology, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship, and if Bahraini women have proven their worth in the traditional sectors, then what is required is to define their role in the new economy, where superiority is no longer dependent on the number of positions, but with the extent of the ability Create value and influence.
The real celebration today is the continuous work so that the International Day of Women is not a festival for hollow speeches, but rather a real evaluation pause. Is it sufficient? Certainly no. Because the world is developing, challenges are changing, and what was an achievement yesterday, today it may become just an achievement.
