How to make Saudi Khabasa candy
You will need:
Two cups of flour wheat.
A cup of sugar.
Half a cup of ghee.
A cup of water.
Half a cup of nuts (almonds or nuts) for decoration.
Half a teaspoon of ground hill.
A little saffron (optional).
How to prepare
Put the flour in a non -stick frying pan over medium heat, and stir the flour continuously until its color turns into a light golden and a good smell comes out of it, and be careful so that it does not burn, then add the municipal ghee to the roasted flour and stir well until the ingredients are completely mixed.
In another bowl, put the water and sugar on the fire until the sugar is completely dissolved and a light -textual sugar is formed, and you can add an additional flavor with ground cardamom and saffron to add a distinctive flavor.
Gradually add the sugar syrup to the flour and ghee mixture with constant stirring, until you get a thick and coherent texture, then pour the breach in a serving dish and distribute the nuts over it, and you can decorate it with saffron or cardamom.
Serve warm or cold, as desired, and can be served with a cup of Arabic coffee.
