She added: Whoever is silent and did not reach her womb, her fast is correct, because the relationship of the uterus is not a conditions for the validity of fasting, but certainly reduces the reward and fees of fasting; Because it is a great sin, and God says: Do you think that if you assumed to spoil the earth and cut off your wombs, those who were cursed by God, so he stigmatized them and blinded their eyes, do they not manage the Qur’an or on the hearts of their locks.
She continued: So the fasting person must reach his mercy and there are many ways, through the phone, WhatsApp, or other means.
While Dr. Osama Al -Hadidi, Director of Al -Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa, stressed that the phenomenon of bullying and irony, by imitating the way people talking from behaviors that have become widely spread, especially on social media and in work environments, schools and universities.
