Informed sources suggested that President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, President of the Republic, will witness today, Thursday, the opening of the Sayyida Nafisa Mosque, after the completion of its development.
The sources confirmed, in statements to Cairo 24, that President Sisi is expected to perform the dawn prayer in the mosque, accompanied by a number of state leaders and leaders of the Ministry of Awqaf.
Earlier, responsible sources at the Ministry of Awqaf revealed the opening date of the Sayyida Nafisa Mosque, may God be pleased with her, after the development process that started months ago, stressing that it will be at dawn today.
Development of the Sayyida Nafisa Mosque
The sources added that Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Dr. Nazir Ayyad, Mufti of the Republic, and Dr. Osama Al -Azhari, Minister of Awqaf, are scheduled to attend.
The source pointed out that during the process of development and maintenance, the position of Mrs. Nafisa was open to the visit to visitors, and the prayers, including Tarawih, were held in the external square of the mosque.
