The United States announced, on Tuesday, the imposition of sanctions on three Iranian intelligence officers, against the background of the death of former FBI agent Robert Levinson, who disappeared in 2007.
“Our investigations are continuing, and we will follow all options to hold Iran accountable,” the director of the FBI Cash Patel said in a statement that came after President Donald Trump contacted Iran to hold nuclear talks.
