Mohamed Abdel -Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, conducted a sudden inspection tour for a number of schools in Cairo Governorate to ensure commitment to the decisions organizing the educational process and providing a safe and stable educational environment, and during the tour, Dr. Ahmed Al -Muhammadi, Assistant Minister for Strategic Planning and Follow -up.
The tour started with the visit of Sheikh Gharib Jalal Preparatory Secondary School for Girls “in the Marj Educational Administration, which includes 993 students in the preparatory stage, and 630 students in the secondary stage, and during his inspection of the classes, the minister stressed the importance of the regularity of female students in the classroom and their attendance rates.
After that, the minister went to Anwar Sadat Secondary School for Girls, which includes 1630 students, and during his inspection to follow the class brochures, school duties, weekly assessments and distribution throughout the week, and conducted a dialogue with the students about the extent of their assimilation of academic subjects.
Then the minister went to the Mustafa Kamel Elementary School “affiliated to the Marj Educational Administration, which includes 2619 male and female students in the primary stage, and the minister briefed on the levels of student density and the numbers of teachers.
The Minister also met with dozens of parents in front of the school, and listened to their opinions on the weekly assessments and the system of school groups and its role in improving the level of students in reading, writing and reckoning, and parents praised the use of weekly assessments and their positive impact, which was reflected in the level of their children students and their perseverance on the attendance.

The Minister also visited the Abu Bakr Al -Siddiq Preparatory School for Boys of the Marj Educational Administration, which includes 1,200 students, where he inspected a number of school classes, reviewed the students’ brochures for the share and duties and continued the weekly assessments, and compared them to the evaluation records, as well as reviewing the degrees of tests, stressing the scrutiny of granting due grades and each student obtaining his full right without decrease or increase.
After that, the minister went to the Imam Muhammad Abdo Elementary School of the Ain Shams Educational Administration, which includes 1,200 students, and during his inspection of one of the first grade classes he was keen to follow the level of students in reading and writing, praising their academic level and the teacher’s interest in them.
The Minister directed to send a committee from the Educational Buildings Authority to re -construct the school wall, as well as preparing a report from the Arabic language directing in the educational administration; To follow the therapeutic plans for the weak -level students in reading and writing in some classes.
Minister Mohamed Abdel -Latif also visited Palestine Primary School of Ain Shams Educational Administration, which includes 285 male and female students in the morning period in the first, second and third primary classes, and 566 male and female students in the evening period in the fourth, fifth and sixth primary classes, and during his inspection of the classes to follow the classes of class and school duties for students and to ensure their level of academic achievement.
The minister also directed the formation of a committee from the Educational Buildings Authority to work as an industrial carrier in the courtyard of the school, then the Minister went to inspect the Osama bin Zaid Preparatory School of the Educational Peace Administration, which includes 2116 students, and the minister was keen to ensure the level of female students in the weekly evaluation tests in restricted records and compare them to the extent of their academic absorption.
At the end of his tour, Minister Mohamed Abdel -Latif issued a direction to quickly disburse all financial dues for the teachers of the primary – preparatory – secondary at the level of all educational directorates.
The minister also stressed that the ministry is keen to make all possible efforts to ensure the continuation of the regularity of the school year in all schools of the Republic, noting that its continuous inspection trips to various schools at the level of the Republic aim to continue to commit to providing a good educational process for students and achieving the maximum benefit for them.
