Sharjah: “The Gulf”, the Electricity, Water and Gas Authority, in cooperation with the International Organization (CIPS), organized an advanced training program “Master Class” on the best global practices in the purchasing systems and their development, in the presence of Majid Al Shamsi, Executive Director of Institutional Support at the Authority, and Haddam Al Saleh, Director of Procurement and Contracts Department, along with a number of employees of the purchasing department, and representatives of the Finance Department Central stores and warehouses. The session was attended by Sam Ashmbong, the regional director of the CIPS organization for the Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and Suleiman Abdullah, Director of the Administrative Affairs Department of the Tax Authority, and presented an in -depth vision about best practices
