A White House official revealed on Monday that the United States stopped the military aid of Ukraine, days after a clash between US President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodimir Zellinski, in the Oval Office.
The suspension of American weapons to Ukraine
The official said that the United States stopped the aid and reviewed it to ensure that it contributed to a solution, according to Reuters.
The Bloomberg News Agency and Fox News reports, that the stopping would continue until Trump decided that the country’s leaders showed a good faith in peace.
“This is not a permanent end of aid, but rather a temporary stop.
Bloomberg News reported that all American military equipment currently in Ukraine will be temporarily stopped, including weapons that were on their way to planes and ships or that were waiting in the crossing areas in Poland.
