The Board of Directors of the Authority approved Societies New Urbanism, in his meeting chaired by Eng. Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, in the presence of a number of members actually and the rest through the video, a confectionery, to provide the allocation of 12 plots of land with residential activity and 8 pieces of mixed residential activity in the distinguished housing area in East Port Said “Salam”, in order to establish a logistical area to serve students at the University of East Port Said.
The approval of the allocation is provided by the new Port Said City Authority – Salam, according to what the commission for pricing the authority resulted in the authority, provided that the city’s competent apparatus is the detailed data for the plots of land to be offered after coordination with the planning and projects sector and the real estate and commercial affairs sector to include them in the brochure of conditions and according to the conditions of the offering.
