Abdullah Balla Alaa, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Energy and Sustainability, headed the UAE delegation in high -level sessions within the annual “Petersburg Dialogue”, in the presence of the adviser to the Federal Republic of Germany and a number of ministers.
