A source at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Menoufia spoke about the fact that Iman Diab’s death, student of the Fifth Division, is linked to the difficulty of the nose and ear exam.
The source said in statements to Cairo 24, that the success rate in the article reached 95%, and that the student obtained 39 degrees out of 40, noting that many students obtained a privilege estimate in the article, which denies allegations of the difficulty of the exam.
The source also pointed out that the exam was subject to a review and approval of the evaluation committee in the department, stressing that Iman was not exposed to any bullying inside the examination committee, and that she had been suffering from health problems since her birth, and she had a bleeding after a week of the examination of the exam.
He added that the incident is unfortunate, but it cannot be linked to the exam, stressing that the college is keen to provide an appropriate educational environment for students.
In a related context, the source indicated that there are hidden parties that try to destabilize the educational process within the college, pointing out that the department and the college were subjected to repeated accusations during the past days, but they have influenced the lack of response, but some media, whether Arab or that carry hostility to Egypt, took advantage of the incident to distort the image of the educational institution.
