Earlier, Zellinski said that a team includes his chief of staff André Yermak, Foreign Minister Andre Siebia and Defense Secretary Rustam Omar will participate in the talks on Tuesday. The American Foreign Minister Marco Rubio leads the American team, according to the German News Agency (dpa).
The Ukrainian President revealed that he “will not attend talks with US officials.”
