Abu Dhabi: «Gulf» The Writers and Reading Committee of Abu Dhabi Police organized a lecture entitled “The Pulse of Reading” for the associates, with the aim of enhancing the culture of reading and developing cognitive skills among police personnel, as well as highlighting the importance of reading as a tool to improve personal and professional knowledge. Lt. Col. Nasser Abdullah Al -Saadi, Chairman of the Committee, explained that the lecture comes within the series of activities that aim to encourage police employees to read books and references that contribute to expanding their intellectual horizons, which reflects positively on their performance in work and their daily life. He pointed to the support of the police leadership of the directions of these activities that support culture and knowledge and contribute to developing the self -capabilities of the associates
