Engineer Mohamed Abdel Maqsoud, head of the new October City Development Authority, announced the start of the implementation of the “Diarna” project for medium housing, as part of the directives of the political leadership to provide adequate housing and improve the quality of life for citizens.

The project comes in implementation of the instructions of Eng. Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities, and with a careful follow -up from the competent authorities to ensure the achievement of the highest standards of quality and urban planning.
Engineer Mohamed Abdel -Maksoud, head of the new October City Authority, stressed that the project is being implemented according to a specific timetable, with the aim of speeding up and responding to the increasing demand for housing units, noting that the new October city is witnessing a major urban boom within the framework of the state’s vision of urban expansion and the establishment of integrated housing societies.
Eng. Mahmoud Murad, Vice President of the Authority, explained that the project includes 19 housing buildings with a ground height + 5 roles + Benthaus, with a total of 494 housing units, which are implemented according to the latest construction systems and modern designs, with interest in all technical details to ensure the provision of integrated housing units and facilities.
Murad explained that the general site will be coordinated and provide basic services to ensure an integrated residential environment that meets the needs of citizens.
