His Excellency Mrs. Nour Bint Ali Al -Khalif, Minister of Sustainable Development, Chief Executive of the Economic Development Council, received His Excellency Dr. Aisha Hilal Sweyan Kouetak, Ambassador of the Turkish Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain, in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and the Economic Development Council.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency the Minister welcomed His Excellency the Turkish Ambassador, praising the established brotherly relations that link the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly Turkish Republic, stressing the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation in various aspects and fields, especially in aspects related to accelerating the pace of achieving sustainable development goals and enhancing economic cooperation, in order to achieve joint aspirations.
During the meeting, opportunities to enhance and develop bilateral cooperation were discussed, opening new prospects for integration and cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
In turn, His Excellency Dr. Aisha Hilal Sweyan Quetak, Ambassador of the Turkish Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain, affirmed the close relations that link the two brotherly countries, and her keenness to enhance the bonds of cooperation in various fields, especially in the field of sustainable development.
