Dr. Mahmoud Esmat emphasized the continued work in introducing modern technology and the governance of the meter system and improving the service provided to citizens, and there is a follow -up to implement projects to develop electricity distribution networks and control centers and replace regular meters with prepaid prepaid meters and smart meters and develop customer service centers and create modern technology to improve the quality of services provided to subscribers, within the framework of a plan to support and develop the unified national network, referring to projects to improve efficiency The energy that the sector undertakes to improve the quality of service and achieve the general satisfaction of citizens, as well as procedures that are carried out to facilitate service seekers and expand the installation of code meters within the framework of the rules regulating this.
