The Captain of the Media Association, MP, Tariq Saada, issued a decision to suspend the journalist Ihab Al -Koumi, presenter of the program (Al -Match, on the Echo Channel, regarding the statements issued by him that violate the media honor charter and the code of professional behavior.
The Media Syndicate announces the suspension of Ihab Al -Koumi and his referral for investigation
The statement added that the suspension of Al -Koumi came based on the report of the union’s media observatory, which submitted a report of the violations, and accordingly the Syndicate Council met this morning and unanimously made the decision to suspend and refer to the investigation.
The Media Syndicate calls on all media professionals to adhere to the media honor charter and the code of professional behavior and confirms that the union’s observatory is closely following the performance of all media professionals in all official and visual, visual and audio media outlets working in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
