His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, approved and issued Law No. (9) for the year 2025 to ratify the charter of the establishment of the Digital Cooperation Organization, after the approval of the Shura Council and the House of Representatives, stating:
Article 1
The charter of the establishment of the Digital Cooperation Organization, signed in the city of Manama on Rabi ‘al -Akher 8, 1442 AH corresponding to November 23, 2020 AD, and facilities for this law.
Article Two
The Prime Minister and the ministers- each regarding his competence- must implement the provisions of this law, and it is working on it from the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
