Cairo learned 24 of his sources, that Mustafa Al -Muniri, head of the medical staff of the Pyramids Club, contacted Ibrahim Adel, during the past few hours, after the injury he suffered with the national team, and confirmed his absence from the Ethiopia match in the World Cup qualifiers.
The source confirmed that Ibrahim Adel will undergo a medical examination tomorrow, Saturday, to resolve his final position regarding the Sierra Leone match in the World Cup qualifiers, next Tuesday, and to determine the player’s position on participating in the match or not.
Egypt managed to win over its Ethiopian counterpart with two goals without a response, in the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
Egypt advanced the first goal against the Ethiopia team in the 31st minute of the first half by the world starJ Muhammad pHe said, before Zizou added the second goal to the Pharaohs in the 41st minute after a great pass from Salah.
With this victory, Egypt raised its score to 13 points in the first place in the ranking of the group, to put forward in the 2026 World Cup, where the Pharaohs played 5 games, winning 4 confrontations and drawing a single meeting.
