Lieutenant General Tariq bin Hassan Al Hassan, Head of Public Security, chaired a coordination meeting to follow up on the preparations and arrangements of security departments to host the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Grand Prix for Formula 1 Racing, in the presence of directors of departments in the Ministry of Interior and the representative of the Bahrain International Circuit.
During the meeting, the Head of Public Security stressed that the holding of this meeting comes within the framework of following up on security preparations and taking all necessary arrangements to ensure the success of the Kingdom’s hosting of this global event, indicating that the Kingdom of Bahrain has more than two decades of time in organizing this event, which enabled it to prove its worth in organizing it according to the highest international standards in force.
Al -Hassan pointed out the importance of reviewing and training plans to ensure the achievement of national goals and goals in securing the race and its participants and ensuring the safety of the public, in addition to applying these plans within the hypotheses set to determine the readiness of the participating forces and their ability to implement with all professionalism and professionalism to deal with any emergency, stressing the importance of integrated coordination between the various departments and security units and related parties to ensure complete readiness, Stressing the need to continue the meetings, coordination meetings and field follow -up to ensure that the desired standards and goals are achieved to ensure the safety and security of all.
