Dr. Jacqueline Azar, Governor of the Lake, and Major General Mahmoud Huwaidi, Director of the Lake Security, received the worshipers after performing the blessed Eid Al -Fitr prayer, on Orabi Street and Al -Gomhoria Street and a number of streets in the governorate.

In the presence of Dr. Hazem El -Deeb, Deputy Governor, Major General Hassan Muwafi, Secretary -General, Osama Dawood, Assistant Secretary -General, members of the House of Representatives, Sheikhs, and the security and executive governorate leaders.
Where the governor offered the highest congratulations and blessings to the people of the lake on this fragrant occasion, calling on God Almighty to return this occasion to our beloved Egypt with good, Yemen and blessings.
The governor was keen to share the children with their joy in the feast, as she gave them gifts, stressing that Eid Al -Fitr is an opportunity to enhance the feelings of unity and brotherhood among the Egyptian people, and praised the efforts of the state and the people in facing the current challenges, stressing that Egypt will always remain strong with its people who work hard to build a better future.
This comes in conjunction with the governorate’s executive leaders made field tours on all the streets and squares of the governorate to extend congratulations to citizens and participate in the celebrations of the feast, where gifts were distributed to citizens in various regions, confirming the state’s keenness to spread an atmosphere of joy among citizens.
Dr. Jacqueline Azar stressed the need for these leaders to intensify follow -up to stand at the level of public services provided to citizens during the days of Eid, stressing the importance of raising the efficiency of cleaning work, and intensifying the security presence in all fields and public parks to ensure the safety and comfort of citizens, and added that comprehensive measures were taken to ensure a safe festive atmosphere.
The governor called on all the people of the lake to direct their energies towards work and construction, stressing that the true spirit of Eid lies in strengthening the fabric of society and enhancing the values of social solidarity.
