Within the efforts to enhance the principle of community partnership and the national affiliation that the Ministry of Interior pursues, the General Administration of Alternative Rulings and Sanctions, and for the third year in a row, in coordination with the beneficiaries of alternative penalties, distributed Ramadan baskets to families benefiting from the “Open Prisons” program in all governorates of the Kingdom.
The distribution of these baskets comes within the framework of the Ministry of Interior’s keenness to enhance the integration of beneficiaries of alternative sanctions into society, and to develop their citizenship values, in addition to consolidating the principles of the true Islamic religion based on giving and charity.
This initiative, which is an extension of charitable work and humanitarian initiatives inherent in Bahraini society, reflects the spirit of social solidarity, supporting needy groups, and contributing to alleviating the burdens on the needy families, in confirmation of the noble values that distinguish the Kingdom of Bahrain.
