The Ministry of Finance is preparing to start a disbursement Salary Workers in government agencies, economic bodies, and public business sector companies, for the month of March 2025, starting from Sunday, March 23, 2025, and the exchange operations are scheduled to continue for a period of 5 consecutive days, according to the announcement published by the ministry earlier.
The date of payment of salaries
The new increase in government employees and pensioners begins, starting from the new fiscal year, with the minimum wage to 7 thousand pounds, an increase in pension, and a social package to support citizens despite the global challenges.
This comes, coinciding with the coming of Eid Al -Fitr 2025, to buy citizens their own requirements and needs in preparation for the feast and the remainder of the blessed month of Ramadan.
The date of the payment of the salaries of the month of March
The Ministry of Finance has set the dates for the payment of the salaries of workers in the state for the first three months of this year 2025, and the exchange plan includes 5 days to spend the salaries of the month of March, in addition to 4 days to spend the arrears of the dues.
Dr. Sherif Khairi, head of the accounts and financial directorates sector, indicated in a previous statement to the Ministry that the payment of salaries begins on January 22, 2025, provided that the arrears are disbursed on the 5, 6, 8 and 9 of the same month.
The salaries of February were disbursed from February 23, with the disbursement of arrears on the 6th, 9th and 10th of the same month, while for the disbursement of the salaries of the month of March, it will take place starting from March 23, with the disbursement of arrears on the 6th, 9th and 10th of the same month.
With regard to the salaries of March 2025, the employee’s salary is determined by the job degree, knowing that these salaries will be without insurance or tax deduction.

- Excellent degree: 12200 pounds.
- High degree: 10200 pounds.
- General Manager degree: 9200 pounds.
- First degree: 8200 pounds.
- Second degree: 8000 pounds.
- Third degree: 7500 pounds.
- Fourth degree: 7000 pounds.
- Fifth degree: 6500 pounds.
Through these procedures, the Ministry of Finance seeks to ensure regular distribution of salaries, and to facilitate the exchange of workers in all government sectors and economic bodies.
