Abu Dhabi: “The Gulf”, the Board of Directors of the Federal Nuclear Supervisory Authority held its first meeting in 2025. Christmer Victoron, the general manager of the authority, was informed of its latest regulatory activities at the national and international levels. The report of the Radiation Prevention Committee for 2024 also submitted, highlighting the authority’s efforts to enhance the radiation protection system in the United Arab Emirates. The members of the Council also discussed the developments of the Baraka Nuclear Energy Station. The Board of Directors approved the authority’s plans for national and international cooperation in 2025.
