Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announced the issuance of a Republican decision to appoint Dr. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, President of Tanta University.
Dr. Mohamed Hussein obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Ain Shams University in 1990 with a grade of privilege with honors, to work after that, a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University in 1992, then a master’s degree in 1996 from Ain Shams University, then a doctorate degree joint supervision between the universities of Tanta and North Calorina, American in 2002, to work in the same year as a teacher at the Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University.
Scientific jobs
He was included in scientific jobs until he obtained a professorship degree in 2013, where he held the position of director of the reinforced concrete factory, director of the Center for Research and Engineering Consulting in Tanta Engineering, then an agent for the College for Education and Student Affairs as of 2014 and dean of the Faculty of Engineering as of September 23, 2021, and a deputy president of Tanta University for Education and Student Affairs in December 2021 to this day, and exists in the work of the President of Tanta University From August 1, 2024 until today.
It is worth noting that Dr. Mohamed Hussein held the membership of the Standing Scientific Committee for the Promotion of Professors and Assistant Professors in the construction engineering of the Supreme Council of Universities.
