The investigation authorities in the Suez Governorate decided to refer the owner of a famous women’s clothing store to the Criminal Court, after accusing him of violating the offer and harassing a woman inside the changing room.
Details of the incident
The security services in the Suez Governorate had received a notification from one of the women, in which she complained that the owner of a clothing store in the center of Suez entered the dressing room and touched one of her nakedness.
The arrest of the accused
The security services in the Suez Governorate were able to arrest the owner of the clothes store and refer him to the investigation authorities.
A source for Cairo 24 said that the investigation authorities decided to imprison him pending investigations, and summon the lady to hear her statements and the victims’ statements.
The source pointed out that the referral decision included the accusation of the investigation authorities of the owner of the clothing store of the victim’s display, after touching a sensitive area while wearing the clothes inside the shop, in order to coordinate her on her body, and escaped into the dressing room to change her clothes, but the accused faster to open the curtain of the room, intending to reveal her nakedness and violate her privacy.
The source added that the referral decision also included the victim by the accused to a pornographic act, which led to the crime, and the case was referred to the Suez Criminal Court.
