This came after reviewing Law No. 89 of 1960 regarding the entry and residence of foreigners in the Arab Republic of Egypt and its exit and amendments; And on the note of the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality of January 29, 2025, regarding the request to remove a Sudanese woman from citizenship outside the country for reasons related to the public interest.
And it was decided in the first article, that he be removed from the country for reasons related to the public interest called Shahinaz Salah Abdel Majid, a Sudanese national, born 8/6/1986, and in the second article that the Director of the General Department of Passports, Immigration and Nationality must implement this, and Article Three also stipulated the publication of this decision in the Egyptian facts.
