During the meeting, His Highness the Governor of the Southern Governorate praised the distinguished bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Italian Republic, and the development and prosperity it witnesses in various fields, and His Highness also expressed his wishes for the Italian ambassador to success in performing his diplomatic duties in a way that contributes to the continuation of the pace of joint cooperation between the two friendly countries. For his part, the Ambassador of the Italian Republic expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Governor for the warm reception, stressing his country’s keenness to enhance cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain in various fields, which would achieve the common aspirations between the two countries.
