Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al -Nuaimi, Chairman of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, chaired an expanded meeting of the Follow -up Committee at the Council’s headquarters, with the aim of discussing a number of important issues related to the development of endowment projects in the emirate, in the presence of Talib Al -Marri, Director General of the Awqaf Department. The meeting witnessed an extensive research in ways to enhance endowment projects, in a way that contributes to achieving the financial sustainability of these projects and enhances the role of endowments in community service, according to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, who pays special attention to supporting and developing endowments to serve societal and human goals.
