Media in Kuwait reported the issuance of an arrest, bringing and prohibiting travel against a resident of Arab nationality involved in the issue of “fake withdrawals”.
Reports indicate that the resident, who works in a charity, won four luxury cars in less than a year in withdrawals that have been tampered with.
The Ministry of Commerce suspended the program, and began investigations after discovering a manipulation of the ministry’s representative, who hid the name of the winner during the withdrawal.
