Sheikh Saqr bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Charitable Society, confirmed that the day of Zayed for the humanitarian work represents a luminous station in the course of giving, which was established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, who instilled in us the values of giving, good and human solidarity. He said: “On this day, we remember Sheikh Zayed’s humanitarian approach, which extended to the needy people around the world,” stressing that giving and tolerance are two basic pillars in the vision of the UAE. We at the Sharjah Charitable Society, we continue in its footsteps, and we are working to implement charitable initiatives and projects inside and outside the state, so that our assistance will reach its beneficiaries, and draw a smile on the faces of the needy.
