The Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee discussed the appeals, suggestions and complaints of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, during its meeting yesterday at the Council’s headquarters, the draft law regulating the “Judicial Authority in the Emirate of Sharjah. During the meeting, the committee stressed the importance of studying the articles of the draft law carefully, as it deals with the regulatory foundations of the judicial authority in the Emirate of Sharjah, including the regulation of the courts and determining its powers and mechanisms of their work in addition to the rules for judges and the conditions for their appointment and promotions. During the meeting, it was agreed to complete the discussion of the draft law in subsequent meetings, due to the fact that it contains a large number of subjects, which amounted to (88) articles that require more study and deliberation to ensure that it guarantees
