The Parliamentary Services Committee approved the proposal with a desire to cancel some of the conditions imposed on the citizen who has the record for his entitlement to the high cost of the cost; Because of the failure to represent some conditions for the real citizen’s income.
The proposal aims, with a desire to integrate a larger segment of citizens to take advantage of the financial support for low -income “high costs”, and to achieve the principle of justice in calculating the real income of the citizen, by canceling some of the conditions imposed on the citizen who has the commercial registry for his entitlement to the high cost, such as calculating the total salaries of his workers, calculating the rent of his office, and limiting the amount that represents his real income.
For its part, the Ministry of Social Development stated that the criteria for disbursing financial support between the legislative and executive authorities have been agreed upon in 2013, and after this consensus, the government set the mechanisms for implementing them in the current way.
She pointed out that there is a joint committee between the two authorities that currently restructuring cash support in order to support the most entitled groups, and the committee can be supported by all ideas that bring out the outcomes and results of the committee’s work in order to study them and set specifics to implement them in the event of approval.
