The Public Utilities and Environment Committee in the House of Representatives, headed by His Excellency Deputy Muhammad Musa Al -Balushi, praised the continuous visions and support that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect him and his sponsors of the housing file in the Kingdom of Bahrain, praised that these royal visions and will represented the beginning of the actual start towards developing an ambitious housing plan, aimed at diversifying the housing options in front of citizens.
This came on the occasion of the directives of His Majesty, to accelerate the pace of housing projects and provide 50 thousand new housing units, stressing that these initiatives indicate attention to the citizen in the first place, preserve and protect his rights, support and enhance the cohesion of the Bahraini family and preserve the fabric of society, by providing adequate housing for the Bahraini citizen.
Stressing deputies facilities of the importance of continuous cooperation between the legislative and executive authority to achieve the royal royal directives, in order to provide appropriate housing for the citizen, which contributes to enhancing economic development, creating new job opportunities, and supporting the construction and real estate development sector, which enhances sustainable growth in the Kingdom.
