The prosecution also listened to the certificate of a number of officials in financial and administrative guidance, internal review, governance and security at the Directorate of Education in the lake and the educational administration of Shabrakhit, and their certificate all of the issuance of several periodic books and ministerial decisions prohibited the use of physical or psychological abuse as a punishment for students, and also prohibited allowing students to enter schools with mobile phones or photographing schools and publishing pictures of workers In the school or students without prior permission from them, in addition to the fact that the list of educational motivation and school discipline in the pre -university education stage issued by the Ministry of Technical Education, the violations of the students have been classified for them and defined the penalties applied to them according to the division of the act.
The prosecution was received by an official copy of the police report edited by the incident and the initial medical reports of the two students and the investigations of the Criminal Investigation Department, which confirmed the occurrence of the incident, and the decision issued by the lady, the governor of the lake, to stop the school principal from work until the investigations are completed.
After confronting the two referrals of the accusations attributed to them in this regard, the investigations resulted in the responsibility of the first store, “the principal”, to beat the two students and cause injuries to them according to the initial medical reports, in addition to his failure to assign one of the school workers to work as a security official to work to prevent the entry of mobile phones inside the school.
The accusation list also included: The second store, “The General Supervisor of the School”, for his failure to follow up the state of discipline inside the school and allow the two students to be in the school courtyard after the end of the school queue, as well as not to prepare the daily supervision report and include the incident, the third store “the security official in the school” for his failure to notify the security department in the Shobrakhit Educational Administration or the Directorate of Education in the lake of the incident Its occurrence.
By presenting the results of the investigations to the disciplinary lawsuit branch in Damanhur, Counselor Ahmed Hussein – the director of the branch, agreed to the accusation report prepared by Counselor Ayman Obaid – a member of the branch, to refer the accused to disciplinary trial.
