The relevant agencies in the Suez Governorate had received information stating that four people had excavated antiquities in the Kafr Salim area of Al -Arbaeen neighborhood.
Immediately, Major General Hossam El -Din Ahmed Al -Dah, Director of Suez Security, directed the formation of a team headed by Major General Ashraf Nabil, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department, and included Major Ahmed Gharib, head of the Police Department’s Investigation Department, to reveal the circumstances of the incident.
The arrest of those accused of excavating antiquities in the Al -Arbaeen neighborhood
It was found that 4 accused, two of them from Suez Governorate and two from Minya, were excavated.
The Criminal Investigation Team was able to arrest them and refer them to the investigation authorities, and the referral order stated that on February 11, in the Police Department of the Police Department, they conducted excavation work with the intention of obtaining antiquities without a license, and they also obtained excavation tools, including a water suction hose, an ax, Corrich, and other equipment, without legal justification or justification from professional or craftsmanship.
The investigation authorities decided to refer the case to the Suez Criminal Court specialized in the Ismaili Court of Appeal, to punish the imprisoned defendants in accordance with the list of evidence evidence and legal accusations.
