Porsche surpassed all other car brands in the Customer Service Index (CSI) for the year 2025 J. D. Power, which measures the satisfaction of the owners of the services of accredited agents and after -sales services for cars between the ages of one and three years.
Porsche and Lexus excel over their competitors in service classifications
Porsche won 912 points out of 1,000 points, Lexus ranked second with 900 points, and Cadillac ranked third in the luxury brand category with 888 points, compared to an average of 878 points in this category.
While ten studied brands recorded less results than average, including BMW, Mercedes, Lincoln, and Audi, while the three marks that came at the bottom of the list Maserati, Land Rover, and Jenisis.
In a medium -sized car sales schedule, grades tend to decrease compared to luxury brands, but Subaru (896 points) achieved well enough performance to occupy third place if they were competing with luxury brands, and in fact, medium -sized car sales easily controlled, superior to Mini and Honda (888 and 881 points respectively), which also achieved great performance.
