The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al -Saif Real Estate Company, Issa Najbi, revealed that the company will start implementing the renewal work of the Saif Manama Complex as of next month, expecting that all renewal work will be completed by the end of 2027.
In a statement to him during the company’s general assembly at the Liwan Complex, Najibi said: “We will start next month in agreement with a number of contractors for electricity, air conditioners, construction work, etc., for renewal work for the complex according to the latest standards, while maintaining the continuation of the internal work of the stores, so that the complex does not lose its customers.”
On the Saif Al -Muharraq Complex, Najibi explained that the contract with the Chinese company «Panda» exists, but the work is stopped pending the completion of government procedures.
With regard to investing in a new complex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is expected to start this year, Najibi pointed out that the complex will include a number of commercial services, and this project comes within the strategic sword real estate plans to achieve the maximum possible value for its shareholders, and to enhance revenues and profitability through the entry of new markets in the region.
Najibi also explained that the endeavors of the sword real estate company and its strategic goals focus on diversifying income sources and economic activities, and offering vital projects that reflect the gains of the development process in the Kingdom. He affirmed the company’s commitment to establishing a prosperous system for retail, hospitality and entertainment activities that meet the constantly advanced market requirements.
