Today, March 3, 2025, the Economic Court sentenced the former president of Zamalek club Mortada Mansour to the former Zamalek Club, for a period of 6 months in the lawsuit filed against him by Captain Mahmoud Al -Khatib, Chairman of Al -Ahly Club and Mohamed Othman and fined him 40 thousand pounds and obligated him with 20 thousand pounds temporarily compensation for the victim in the case that carried No. 692 of 2923 Cairo Economic Misdemeanors.

Today, the Economic Court issued its ruling on Counselor Mortada Mansour, in the 10 cases against him by lawyer Mohamed Othman, the legal advisor to Al -Ahly Club, as an agent for Mahmoud Al -Khatib, President of Al -Ahly Club, Mamdouh Abbas, the former president of the Zamalek Club’s board of directors, and the lawsuit of Hani Al -Atal, former Vice President of Zamalek, Abdel Nasser Zidan, and others for insulting and slander.
Earlier, the legal advisor to Al -Ahly Club, Mohamed Othman, had submitted a report to the Attorney General against Counselor Mortada Mansour, for accusing him of insulting and slandering Captain Mahmoud Al -Khatib and the Al -Ahly club’s board of directors.
