Canadian police announced, on Saturday morning, that at least 12 people were injured in a shooting accident inside a bar in the city of Toronto, while the suspect was not arrested, according to Reuters.

The police said, in a post on the X platform, that four of the victims were severely injured, while the severity of the injuries of others has not yet been known, and the police did not issue any details about the identity of the suspect.
For her part, the mayor of Toronto, Olivia Zhao, expressed her deep concern about the accident, saying in a post on X: Na is very concerned to hear the reports about the shooting incident in a bar in Scarburo, and added that it had received assurances from the police chief that all the necessary resources had been published to face the situation.
According to ambulance services in Toronto, which spoke to the Canadian CP24, the injuries ranged from slight and critical.
