For his part, Dr. Amr Abdel -Hadi, Dean of the Faculty of Al -Matareya Engineering at Helwan University, told Cairo 24 that the Midrem exams for the second semester will start on April 5, indicating that the exams are placed by faculty members, and the questions come within the reach of all.
Reshaping the Supreme Committee to supervise the capacity tests
Earlier, during its periodic meeting, the Supreme Council of Universities agreed to reshape the Supreme Committee to supervise capacity tests, monitor and follow up the work exams in colleges in which admission is required to pass the capacity tests for the academic year 2025/2026, headed by Dr. El -Sayed Qandil, President of Helwan University.
In turn, Dr. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, media advisor and spokesperson for the Ministry, said that the council approved the decision of the University of Alexandria Council to establish branches of the university in the city of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Iraq and the State of Greece, with the necessary legal measures taken.
The Ministry’s spokesperson added that the council agreed that the supplementary exam for the subject of the neighborhoods prescribed for students of the Saudi high school diploma (the paths system), is unified and central and under the supervision of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Universities; To achieve the principle of equality and equal opportunities among students.
